Abstract deadline approaching and first keynote speaker confirmed

We are continuing preparations for the first ever multidisciplinary conference on Resource Efficient Vehicles – rev2021 – which will be held online on the 14-16 June 2021. Here are some brief updates.

Deadline approaching for abstract submissions

We invite prospective authors to submit abstracts through our online submission system on topics including Modelling for multifunctional design; Making trade-offs in design; Efficient use of materials and space; Integrating new solutions; Transforming the product system; Transforming the vehicle-transport system; Sustainable design, and Early-stage design. The deadline for abstracts is fast approaching on18th December 2020. So, visit the submission page on our website for more information and to submit your abstract.

First confirmed keynote speakers

We are excited to announce that the first of our confirmed keynote speakers is Lewis Fulton who is Director of the Sustainable Transportation Energy Pathways (STEPS+) program within the Institute of Transportation Studies at the University of California, Davis. He has worked internationally in the field of transport/energy/environment analysis and policy development for 30 years, including working with the International Energy Agency, the UN Environment Programme and the US Department of Energy. Additional speakers will be announced soon.
